San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Demarcus Robinson has been sentenced to three years of probation. This follows his no contest plea to a misdemeanor DUI charge.
The arrest happened back in November 2023, when Robinson was playing for the Los Angeles Rams. According to police reports, he was driving over 100 mph on a freeway in Los Angeles when he was pulled over.
In his latest court appearance this week, the 30-year-old was ordered to:
- Pay a $390 fine
- Complete a three-month alcohol education program
His attorney, Jacqueline Sparagna, told TMZ Sports that Demarcus Robinson has already completed most of his probation terms. She added that they expect the court to end probation early—after just 18 months. The case is also likely to be expunged at that point.
Earlier this year, Demarcus Robinson signed a two-year, $9.5 million contract with the 49ers in March. This move followed a strong 2024 season with the Rams. He recorded:
- 31 catches
- 505 receiving yards
- 7 touchdowns
- 17 starts
Robinson has been in the NFL for nine seasons. His career includes time with the:
- Kansas City Chiefs (2016–2021)
- Baltimore Ravens (2022)
- Los Angeles Rams (2023–2024)
So far, he has 250 receptions, 3,013 yards, and 27 touchdowns across 147 career games. He also won a Super Bowl ring in 2020 with the Chiefs (Super Bowl LIV).
