Andrew Tate, a social media personality known for misogynistic remarks, is facing charges in Romania for rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang.

Prosecutors have also charged his brother and two Romanian women.

The group is accused of deceiving and transporting seven female victims to Romania for sexual exploitation and violence. 

Andrew Tate denies the allegations, claiming they are politically motivated.

His legal team plans to cooperate fully and present evidence to refute the charges.

The judge has 60 days to review the case.

Andrew Tate's assets have been seized, including luxury cars and cryptocurrency.

He previously faced bans on various social media platforms for hate speech.

Several women in Britain are pursuing civil claims against him for alleged sexual violence.
